Early Career and Background:
I started in Sales, moving quickly to Digital Advertising, immersing myself in Digital Media and Web Analytics. My degree in Marketing Strategy and International Business provided a solid foundation for this career.
Professional Experience:
I have held key positions in renowned organizations like PUBLICIS and DENTSU, managing digital campaigns for brands such as Procter & Gamble, Novartis, ING Bank, Heineken, the French Post, Cofidis, and TotalEnergies.
At HSBC, I honed my skills in Martech and Audience Segmentation, deploying data platforms like DMP and CDP, creating audience segments, and optimizing engagement strategies to improve customer retention and conversion rates.
Most recently, as a CDP implementation lead at CAPGEMINI, I led the implementation of Tealium AudienceStream for l'Oreal APAC markets, transforming customer data into actionable insights that enhanced engagement and retention.
Personal Philosophy and Future Goals:
